CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

A.     BACKGROUND
In a company or office, the administration is needed and very important. The administration is the business and activity related to the implementation of wisdom to achieve the purpose. It includes: notes, correspondence, bookkeeping, typing, and so the technical administration.
Presence is necessary in the administration office of the organization. Because the Administration is an important part in the organization's office in order to support the smooth and fulfillment office purposes. For example, the role of the administration is to provide information for corporate leaders. With that information, leading people in the company would be more appropriate to consider its decision. Because the task of administration itself is to collect, record, organize, manage, send and store documents - documents that are considered important for the company. As well as one of the benefits of the office administrative work of the office is smoothness and prevent the possibility of errors in the work.
As most of the writer’s work in Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Surakarta related to administration, so it’s why the writer wants to apply and to discuss the theory from school and experience got from institution in this report.

B.     OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Job Training in business world are:
a.       To introduce the students to business and industrial world.
b.      To understand about implementation of the theory and office administration in real business world.
c.       To increase student’s capability in office administration department.
d.      To train the student’s mentality.
e.       To train discipline and responsibility to finish the task.
CHAPTER II
PRODUCTION PROCESS

A.     TIME AND PLACE
The implementation of job Training has been held in 1st March until 25th April 2013 from 07.30 am until 14.00 pm. It’s has been in Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan, Jl. Menteri Supeno No. 10 Surakarta.

B.     MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
The materials and equipment to Job Training in Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Surakarta are:

C.     THEORITICAL REVIEWS

  1. MOTION OF WORK

a.       Incoming mail procedures are as follow:
1.      Acceptance letter.
2.      Sorting
3.      Recording in the control card, dual 3 is white, pink, and yellow.
4.      Recording in the diary entry giving sheet later on staples and their disposition.
5.      Giving sheet later on staples and their disposition, disposition sheet and control card are pink and yellow.
6.      Then the letter was reported/raised to top of the company for follow up.
7.      Once acted upon by superiors, the letter then lowered to the registrar a letter.
8.      Then a letter distributed to the designated section supervisor.
9.      Finally, mail is processed and then stored
b.      Outgoing mail procedures are as follow:
1.      Typing out a draft letter that was made by the leadership of processors.
2.      Request approval letter out to the leadership of the institution.
3.      Outgoing mail and ask numbering stamp duty on the officer in the unit control outgoing mail archives.
4.      Recording in the control cards and letters out diary outgoing mail.
5.      Copying for archives.
6.      The original letter in the input to the envelope to be sent immediately.
7.      Included receipt.
8.      Letter sent to the addressee.

  1. RESULT
The result of job Training are:
1.      Get the knowledge that was learned in school.
2.      The writer will more careful for doing any task.
3.      Be able for organize the letters properly.

















CHAPTER III
FINDING

  1. IMPLEMENTATION
v  The Proponent factors of Job Training are:
~        Motivation and support from all people.
~        Good coorperation between the staff in Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan and the students who having Job Training.
~        Good responses if the students can make a good item finding from the leadership and staffs.
~        There is no discrimination between the leader staffs and the students.
~        The materials and equipments are well available.
v  The Inhibiting factors of Job Training are:
~        Sometimes the students are bored because the Job for each client spent very long time.
~        The leader is too busy so he can’t give guidance directly.
~        The students are not excited if the deadline is still long.

  1. BENEFIT
v  Benefit for school
~        Strengthen links and match between school with world of work.
~        School will have a good partnership with the institution.
~        School be able to apply the dual program denanded the curiculum.
v  Benefit for Institution
~        Institution gets assistance in completing the work of the office.
~        Institution provides On the Job Training to the students.
~        Institution gets provide confidence in the cooperation.
v  Benefit for Students
~        The students can implement the theory of office administration in business world directly.
~        The students can try to work in team.
~        The students will get certificate from Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan after finishing the job Training.
~        It can train the mentality of the students.


CHAPTER IV
CLOSING

  1. CONCLUSION
The conclusions that writer can take from this report are:
~        The students could get a lot of new knowledge from the business world beside the knowledge from school.
~        This final task report could train the responsibility of the students.
~        By following the Job Training the students could increase the discipline in everything.

  1. SUGESTION
~        The teacher must put the students on the right place based on the student capabilities.
~        The students in the Job Training must be able to keep the good will of the ammeter.
~        The time for have on the Job Training must long time.
